Since 2018 I publish every day (LV) a reflection on my social networks. There are already more than 500. 90% of these reflections are my own and the rest of authors or personalities that I quote in them. Making these reflections help me to be able to transmit thoughts and conclusions derived from personal experiences, professional experiences and the literature I read.
